In most Barcelona offices, lunch means everyone fends for themselves. Half the team queues for a menú del día round the corner, the other half eats at their desk, and when there’s an event it’s a tray of sandwiches from the bakery downstairs.
We do office catering from a real kitchen instead. Frank Diaz, our chef, cooks everything himself, our own drivers bring it over, and it arrives ready to serve. Companies use us in two ways: a weekly lunch programme for the team, or catering for a specific day.
Team lunches delivered to the office, every week
You pick the days and we deliver on them: Monday and Wednesday, three days a week, whatever matches the days people are actually in.
- Individual boxes, so each person gets a lunch built around what they eat.
- Hot or cold trays for a shared table, if you have a kitchen or a space where we can set them down.
- Healthy snacks once a week: prepared fruit, hummus with crudités, mixed nuts.
On a recurring plan it works out at roughly €12–15 per meal, from 20 meals a week, and the price per meal drops as volume goes up. Changing or pausing the programme takes a week’s notice, with no long contract behind it.
For a new office, Frank usually proposes a two-week pilot with a set menu and a clear price. If it works for the team, we keep going.
Catering for meetings and office events
Board meetings, trainings, product launches, all-hands, a client visit that runs through lunch. Frank cooks for the occasion and quotes each event separately, from the date, the headcount and what the day looks like.
Frank shops and cooks fresh for every event, so he needs some notice, and last-minute requests are often too tight to take on. Events also have a minimum order. Ask us for it, or put your headcount and budget in the form and Frank will tell you straight away whether it works.

Every diet at the table, per person
A team of thirty eats thirty different ways. Frank cooks around each person’s needs from the start, rather than leaving one vegetarian tray at the end of the table and hoping it stretches.
Gluten-free and coeliac, vegetarian and vegan, halal, keto and low-carb, diabetic: tell us who needs what when you book. Each diet has its own page if you want the detail: gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan, halal, keto and diabetic. Serious allergies go in the form too, so Frank plans around them before he starts cooking.
Who pays
Companies set this up in different ways, and all of them work for us:
- The company pays and offers lunch as a team perk.
- Employees pay for their own lunches. We send a weekly menu, people reserve, we deliver, and the company only provides the address and a contact.
- A mix of both, for example the company covers one lunch a week and people pay for the rest.
Run a coworking rather than an office? The coworkings page covers the same service set up for members.

Who’s cooking
Frank has been cooking for thirty-five years, including time in starred restaurants and a Madrid Fusión award in 2019. For the last decade he’s cooked for Barcelona households, which is still the heart of what we do.
For offices he works with a team scaled to the order, from twenty to a hundred and fifty meals per delivery, and the office food is the same quality the households get. Our own drivers handle every delivery, so the food stays in our cold chain from his kitchen to your office.
Every piece of meat in those lunches comes from Agrocantabria, a cooperative of Cantabrian farmers, and the beef carries the IGP Carne de Cantabria seal.
We deliver across Barcelona city and the nearby towns in the metropolitan area.
