Paleo is one of the easiest diets to describe and one of the most tedious to sustain, because it bans nearly all convenience food. No bread, no rice, no legumes, no dairy, nothing from a packet, which in practice means whoever eats paleo cooks constantly. That’s fine for a motivated month. It’s a grind as a lifestyle, and the grind is usually what ends it.
A kitchen that starts from whole market ingredients removes the grind. Meat, whole fish from the fishmonger, eggs, seasonal vegetables, fruit, nuts, olive oil: that’s Frank’s shopping list on a normal week, before anyone mentions a diet.
Your paleo, since there’s more than one
Every paleo eater draws the lines somewhere slightly different, so the plan starts by asking where yours are:
- Strict paleo: no grains, no legumes, no dairy, no added sugar.
- Paleo with exceptions: many people keep white rice, or butter and some dairy, especially if they train hard.
- Autoimmune-flavoured versions with tighter exclusions: tell us the full list and it’s respected, the same way we handle allergies.
You’re describing your rules once, to the person who cooks, instead of re-checking every label forever.
What a week can look like
Slow-cooked meats with roasted root vegetables. Whole baked fish with greens and olive oil. Frittatas heavy on vegetables. Stews built on meat and vegetables instead of legumes. Fruit and nuts where dessert would be. It’s straightforward food cooked well, which is roughly what paleo was aiming at all along.
Everything is cooked fresh and delivered to your door by our own drivers, in the same weekly rhythm as the rest of our clients.
Who this fits
- Committed paleo eaters who want the cooking workload gone.
- CrossFit and strength athletes running paleo or paleo-ish templates who also have protein targets. We cook to numbers; see the fitness page.
- Anyone on an elimination protocol who needs their exclusion list followed to the letter.
How to start
Form below. Describe your version of paleo, list the hard exclusions, and mention protein targets if you have them. Frank replies within 24 hours with a weekly proposal. No lock-in.
